Relax, you got plenty of time to forge all those receipts. The post office is open until midnight and your accountant can fit you in this afternoon.
Stop deciphering the hieroglyphics on the cocktail napkins and check this out. VR's latest toy comes from Bose in the form of the L1 Personal Amplification System
The idea here is big sound in a
small place, presenter tight to the gear. It
works! We stood inches in front of the speaker,
(the tall thing), FACING IT with mics and there
was NO FEEDBACK with a handheld and minimal
feedback with lavs. It is an impressive system
and seems like it would work well in a trade
show booth or other small space. It's supposed
to work equally well with instruments. The pic
is deceiving. It's 80 inches tall and the base
is heavy, bass module is not too bad though. As
is Brad's way, we acquired a pair and between
the two of them you'll get about as much
feedback as you'll get from the IRS thanking you
for filing on time.
As usual feel free to send any questions. I'll respond after I figure out how to expense $27.50 at the Pink Pagoda.
