UBS is a unique and diverse business environment. To work and be successful here takes a unique and diverse collection of people. This piece showcases the exceptional character and fortitude of the UBS’ elite team.
Problem:
How do we convey the unique culture at UBS without falling into the common trap of corporate blandness and ‘talking heads’.
Solution:
We decided the best approach would be to showcase the blended culture of ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’. We realized to be successful at UBS, one had to first be successful achieving self fulfillment. Highlighting each individual’s personal lifestyle apart from the office and correlating that to UBS success was the perfect arc.
